These are made by Courier, Parcel Force, First Class Letter Post or DHL. Deliveries of orders placed on our website are made Monday to Friday, (excluding bank and national holidays), during working hours. To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance etc., it is advisable to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. We then aim to despatch the hamper to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before. We guarantee to replace any item damaged or lost in transit within the UK (UK deliveries include England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland). Guarantees on overseas deliveries can be offered by prior arrangement.
